Traditional Carpentras boiled sweet with Lavender

‘Berlingot de Carpentras’ is one of France's oldest sweets, made from candied fruit syrup. It comes in the form of small, hard, translucent pyramids with white stripes.

This little sweet flavoured with essential oil of fine lavender will transport you to the foot of Mont Ventoux, the Giant of Provence!

Our boiled sweets are made by Confiserie du Mont Ventoux in Carpentras, using our fine Lavender essential oil.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, essential oil of fine lavender.
