Essential oils are very potent concentrates and can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes
Essential oils are not trivial products and contain very high percentages of active substances. We do not encourage self-medication. The information provided on our site comes from reference books on aromatherapy. Given for information purposes, they do not in any way constitute medical information, nor engage our responsibility. For any use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes, we advise you to consult a doctor competent in aromatherapy.
The prices
The prices indicated in euros are deemed to be net including VAT and excluding shipping costs. VAT applies for EU countries, except DOM/TOM; the prices can be modified at any time without notice, the articles being invoiced on the basis of the existing tariff on the day of the registration of the order.
Shipping price
The selling price of our products being calculated as accurately as possible, the cost of shipping is proportional to the weight of your order.
Processing times for your order
Your orders are processed as soon as possible by us. We are open from Monday to Friday inclusive. Packages are sent upon receipt of payment.
The collection of parcels by post is done on Tuesday morning and Friday morning.
Expeditions:
For any shipment:
Shipments take place within 96 hours of receipt of payment for your order, excluding exceptional shortages and holiday periods. After delivery by our Shipping Department, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by La Poste (tracked colissimo) and DPD (delivery against signature). These deadlines are in working days, excluding delivery problems from the carrier and subject to product availability. In case of return of the parcel due to incomplete/incorrect address, or non-collection at the collection point, the additional shipping costs for the return of the order are the responsibility of the customer. In case of out of stock of a product in the packaging announced, we undertake to provide you with the quantity initially requested. (Example: a 30ml packaging will be replaced by 2 bottles of 15ml.)
Photos
The photos of the products are non-contractual.
Complaints:
Any complaint must be made within 8 days of receipt of your order. For any complaint or request by email, be sure to watch your spam, the answers sometimes arrive there, depending on the configuration of your software.
Your personal data In order to ship your orders, we ask for your contact details:
- Name and address for delivery and billing.
- Email address for order confirmation.
- At any time you have the right to access and correct your details.
- We do not distribute your details to other companies.
E-mail addresses are intended solely for our service: no e-mail address is sold, given, transferred or exchanged. The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning him, which he can exercise with Arôma'plantes.

Acceptance of terms
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Arôma'plantes and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. Transportation and Delivery:
