The Scots Pine is a majestic tree, a veritable lung of nature. In Celtic, it means mountain or rock, and is a tree that grows in the mountains, where the air is pure and invigorating. In mythology, it was the favourite tree of Cybele, the great mother goddess, who turned Attis into a jealous pine. It was also recommended by Hippocrates for respiratory illnesses, particularly pneumonia.
We use Scots Pine floral water in our handcream Crème Intense.
