About the plant :
Garden marigold, which varies from yellow to orange, takes its name from the sun, which it follows from spring to the first frosts, opening its petals from morning to night. Since the Middle Ages, it has been used in cooking, as a tincture and in traditional medicine to treat skin infections, digestive problems, stimulants and scurvy.
