Originally from Spain, the Ladaniferous Cistus is found throughout the Mediterranean basin. Its name comes from the ancient Greek “kistè” which means “capsule”, and which refers to the particular shape of the fruits of the plant. Rock Rose is part of the sacred aromas with Cedar, Incense... It was used in Ancient Egypt and also among Jews in rituals in the form of fumigations.

Place 2 drops of Cistus ladaniferus on a wick and gently insert this wick into the nostril, but do not leave it for long: by removing it, you risk pulling out the scar crusts and bleeding again. If necessary, compress the nostril with your finger.
