About the plant :

Palmarosa belongs to the Poaceae family, like Citronella. It is also called Indian Geranium, because of its light, flowery fragrance, reminiscent of Geranium or Rose.

Here are a few properties of Palmarosa essential oil:

• It can be used as a natural deodorant without any problem, as it kills bacteria and has an anti-odour action.
• Recommended for skin care, in the case of infected pimples, acne (like Geranium), or wrinkled, tired skin, as it tones the epidermis.
• It also tones muscles and the uterus, thus facilitating childbirth.
• It fights mycosis of the skin and intestines.
• It will also be ideal for oily hair or dandruff and oily skin.
